Why does The Funky Mama use PayPal?We use PayPal because we care about your security and privacy. PayPal is owned by eBay,the largest eCommerce company in the world. It is their sole job to provide a safe way to conduct online business, and they have teams of people working hard every day to ensure that goal.
How does PayPal work?
They act as a middleman, and transfer your money without exposing your credit card number. In fact, we never even see your credit card number! Your money is sent to PayPal, and then they pay us directly and provide only the information we need to ship your item.
Do I have to create a PayPal account to use your site?
No, you don't! You can perform a one-time transaction with PayPal without setting up an account. Of course, once you set it up, your account is valid with any site that uses PayPal!
How many maternity/nursing bras do I need?
As you start nursing, you will find that you will have to wash bras more often than usual. We recommend at least 4-5 maternity/nursing bras and matching panties to always have a clean and stylish reserve of lingerie available.
How do I care for my lingerie?
Unless otherwise specified, we recommend handwashing or delicate cycle in the washing machine with cool water and regular detergent. No bleach or fabric softener should be used. Hang to dry.
Why do I need a materntiy/nursing bra?
Improperly fitted bras (especially underwire bras) can cause uneven pressure on milk ducts, leading to plugged ducts, mastitis and other problems. Our nursing bras that have underwires are specially made to fit a nursing mother. We encourage all our clients to follow our Sizing Chart to be sure purchasing correct size.
When should I buy my first maternity/nursing lingerie?
We recommend buying your maternity/nursing lingerie when you no longer fit into your regular bra and panties, which for most women is during mid- to late-pregnancy. It is not recommended to buy nursing bras during the first days of nursing, when milk first comes in and breast are often engorged – this size is often larger than your normal size.
