Swimsuits,lingerie, sleepwear, bras, garter belts, Cloth Diapers, Panties, Breast and nursing pads, the Humanity Family bed, Belly Bandits and Mother Tuckers MAY NOT be returned or exchanged.

For hygienic reasons, these are all FINAL SALE items.

Please use our sizing charts so that you order the correct size, or contact us directly at customerservice@thefunkymama.com prior to placing your order.

Evening/Formal/Bridal Wear are exchangeable for another size of the same item only, unless otherwise indicated. If another size is not available, store credit minus a $50.00 restocking fee may be issued upon customer request.

We are unable to accepts returns or exchanges on items purchased using a gift certificate/store credit, or sale items.

In the event of a defect, please contact customerservice@thefunkymama.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

You must include:

- Your name

- Your address and phone number

- Date of purchase and/or order number (on your packing slip)

- What you will be exchanging and/or returning

- Detailed description of the item's defect, or reason for your return.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

For all RMAs, you are responsible for all shipping charges. If you send an item back, we recommend insuring your package and purchasing delivery confirmation so that you can be assured that it has safely arrived. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. COD or courier packages cannot be accepted. We are unable to reimburse for postage.

If your return does not follow our policy (no RMA issued, returned after 21 days from date of sale, etc),we will not be able to process your return or exchange.

If free shipping or other discounts and promotions were applied to your order, those amounts will be subtracted from your store credit amount.
