Swimsuits,lingerie, sleepwear, bras, garter belts, Cloth Diapers, Panties, Breast and nursing pads, the Humanity Family bed, Belly Bandits and Mother Tuckers may not be returned or exchanged.
For hygienic reasons, these are all final sale items.
Please use our sizing charts so that you order the correct size, or contact us directly at mama@thefunkymama.com prior to placing your order.

Evening/Formal/Bridal Wear are exchangeable for another size of the same item only, unless otherwise indicated. If another size is not available, store credit minus a $50.00 restocking fee may be issued upon customer request.

We are unable to accepts returns or exchanges on items purchased using a gift certificate/store credit, or sale items.

Here at The Funky Mama, we take great pride in bringing to you the highest quality lingerie and clothing. If your purchase is found to have a defect, we will be sure you get your item replaced. However, please contact us before returning the item (mama@thefunkymama.com) The item will need to be sent directly to the manufacturing company so we will need to provide you with this information.

DIRECTIONS FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Contact mama@thefunkymama for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will contact you within 48 hours with a RMA number.

You must include:

- Your name

- Your address and phone number
~
- Date of purchase and/or order number (on your packing slip)
~
- What you will be exchanging and/or returning
~
- Detailed description of the item's defect, or reason for your return.

2. Include all of the above information with your return/exchange (within 21 days of the original sale) to:

A merchandise credit or refund (subject to a 10% re-stocking fee), excluding shipping charges, will be issued for approved returns only.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

For all returns and exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping charges. If you send an item back, we recommend insuring your package and purchasing delivery confirmation so that you can be assured that it has safely arrived. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. COD or courier packages cannot be accepted. We are unable to reimburse for postage.

If your return does not follow our policy (no RMA issued, returned after 21 days from date of sale, etc),we will not be able to process your return or exchange.
If free shipping or other discounts and promotions were applied to your order, those amounts will be subtracted from your store credit amount.
